MHU adds new major

Mars Hill University announces the addition of its newly approved Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Leadership to its degree programming.
A degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership aims to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, equipping students with essential leadership skills and an understanding of business fundamentals. The program emphasizes creativity, innovation, and adaptability while fostering the development of a robust professional network. Students learn to assess and manage risks, execute strategic plans, and embrace a global perspective on entrepreneurship. Practical experiences, such as internships and consulting projects, provide hands-on application of theoretical knowledge. The overarching goal is to produce graduates who are adept at leading and innovating within entrepreneurial ventures or existing companies, capable of navigating uncertainties, and contributing positively to the dynamic business landscape.
The major in Entrepreneurial Leadership requires 18 credit hours in business administration and 18 credit hours in entrepreneurial leadership courses for a total of 36 credit hours. This program provides an option for students to double major at Mars Hill University, giving them a skillset to navigate the modern business world while pursuing their passion.
