FLAT ROCK — For the second year in a row, Four Seasons, The Care You Trust, was selected as  one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare. Four Seasons is a nationally-recognized nonprofit organization providing Care Navigation, Home Care, Palliative  Care, Hospice Care, Pediatric Palliative, Hospice Care, and Grief Services to thirteen counties in Western North Carolina. 

Four Seasons received Best Places to Work in 2021, did not participate in the survey in 2022, and received the recognition again in 2023. 

This award program identifies and recognizes outstanding employers in the healthcare industry  nationwide. Modern Healthcare partners with Workforce Research Group on the assessment process, which includes an employee survey.
