Henderson County Education Foundation Announces 2025 Education Hall of Fame Nomination Period

HENDERSONVILLE – The Henderson County Education Foundation announced the nomination period for the highly regarded 2025 Education Hall of Fame. Nominations will be accepted from September 16, 2024, through January 6, 2025. 

This recognition celebrates individuals who have made impactful and lasting contributions to education within Henderson County. Eligible nominees include educators, teaching assistants, bus drivers, support staff, administrators, board members, volunteers, donors, and community leaders who have significantly influenced the educational landscape. 

To submit a nomination, visit HCEFNC.org/Our-Work/Hall-Of-Fame where comprehensive details about eligibility and the selection process are available. The community is invited to participate by nominating those who have made a remarkable impact on education. 

The HCEF Hall of Fame inducts up to five new members each year. Since its inception in 2003, 150 outstanding individuals have been honored, with their portraits displayed at the Henderson County Public Schools central office. This year’s recipients will be recognized at the HCEF Education Celebration on April 29, 2025, at Point Lookout. 

The Henderson County Education Foundation remains dedicated to enhancing educational experiences in the community. The Hall of Fame awards exemplify HCEF's commitment to recognizing and celebrating the exceptional contributions of those who have enriched Henderson County schools.
