The Recovery Leadership Alliance is hosting a community clean-up day to help small businesses that need help getting over the finish line to reopen.

The clean-up will start at Altamont Village on Swannanoa River Road at 9 a.m. and last until 1 p.m.

Grab your gloves and get ready to make a difference. Whether you're a business owner, employee, or just a caring neighbor, your help is needed.

Plan to bring:

· Work gloves

· PPE for dust if needed

· Water

· Drills for drywall

· Push brooms

· Iron rakes for gravel

· Paint brushes

· Leaf blower

· Pressure washer
