WNCCHS is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to approximately 15,000 patients in Western North Carolina. We are a private, non-profit organization with multiple locations in Buncombe and McDowell counties, as well as a mobile clinic.

WNCCHS is committed to providing affordable and accessible health care to all by offering sliding fee scale discounts and discounted pharmacy services. We also address social determinants of health through a variety of programs and, from our roots, offer comprehensive HIV care and LGBTQ+ services.
