The Eastern Band of Cherokee Cooperative Extension office, Cherokee Chamber of Commerce, and EmPOWERing Mountain Food Systems invite you to attend the Inaugural Food Truck Boot Camp November 7-10th in Cherokee, North Carolina!

We have planned three days of training covering regulations, marketing, menu creation, financing, food truck equipment, internal truck layout, AND individual coaching from the best in the food truck business!

Day 1 is perfect for beginning entrepreneurs! Days 2 and 3 include advanced topics such as bulk buying, menu planning, regulatory issues, and food safety. Come and enjoy hands-on cooking lessons, food truck tours, and a lively session of do's and don'ts for food truck success. Meals will be provided.

We are especially excited to welcome the Street Food Institute from New Mexico. SFI is a unique organization providing targeted training to the food truck industry. One-on-one counseling will be available on day 4.
